Nursery Session Times

 

Starting in September 2018 we are going to have 3 separate Nursery groups called Ladybirds, Butterflies and Bumblebees with the days/timings as follows;

 

Ladybirds – Monday 9am-3pm / Tuesday 9am-3pm / Wednesday morning  8.45am-11.45am

 

Butterflies – Wednesday afternoon 12.15pm-3.15pm /Thursday 9am-3pm /Friday 9am-3pm

 

We will also be able to offer provision for the extended entitlement (30 hours) Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm. This group of children will be called our Bumblebees.

 

Children can start from 2 1/2 years and can access our Breakfast and After School Clubs and lunch time sessions from the age of three. 

 

Fees

The cost of each week for the 15 hour session is £90.00, should you not be eligible for the universal funding or wish to pay for extended hours.

Paying fees

If you are not entitled to the free entitlement or you are using this for different child care, payment must be received by the end of the first week of each half term in advance.  If this is not paid you risk losing your child’s place.
 

Early Years Free Entitlement for 3 year olds

Three year old children are entitled to 15 hours of free early years provision for 38 weeks a year.  This can be applied for from the term after your child turns three until your child attends a Reception class.

 

Child born between:                                Can have a free space from:
1 April – 31 August 2015                             September 2018
1 September – 31 December 2015               January 2019
1 January – 31 March 2016                         April 2019
1 April – 31 August 2016                             September 2019

 

The first time that we claim for your child’s free entitlement you will be required to complete an Early Years Free Entitlement Registration form. 

We will need to see your child’s birth certificate as proof of eligibility. 

You will then need to complete an EYFE declaration form at the beginning of each term and another form if you want to increase or decrease your child’s number of hours to attend. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have completed the correct forms by the correct date.

Free Early Education for Two year olds (FEET) funding

Some families will be entitled for free 15 hours early years provision for their two year old child if they are in receipt of certain benefits or have a significant need.  Please ask at the office if you feel that you may be entitled to this. LINK

Late Collection

If you are late collecting your child you may be charged £10 each half an hour or part half hour that you are late.
 

Cancellation of place

If you wish to cancel your child’s place before the end of the academic year we require one terms notice.  Please notify the school in writing if this is the case.
